Mom Accidentally Sent Daughter to School Picture Day Wearing a Joke T-Shirt

An Oklahoma mom accidentally sent her daughter to school picture day wearing a joke t-shirt. 29-year-old Paige Ward shared her daughter's photo on TikTok and netizens are laughing along with the Oklahoma mom.

The joke t-shirt has the print of the word "Sasshole." The shirt was from one of Oklahoma mom's friends, who thought that the print represents the little girl's personality. Ward's two-year-old daughter, Emma, wore the shirt a few times. However, one of those few times included the little girl's school picture day.

The school picture day

In an interview with BuzzFeed, the Oklahoma mom shared what happened on the day her daughter accidentally wore her "sasshole" shirt.

Paige has been working in an urgent care clinic. She has been working for 60 hours during that week. When she woke up to bring Emma to school, she already felt exhausted. She said, "I woke up that morning exhausted and grabbed the first thing out of her closet I could see." What she did not expect was that she pulled out the now-famous "sasshole" shirt.

When they dropped off her daughter at school, Paige's fiancé noticed camera equipment outside the school. However, the Oklahoma mom shrugged off the idea that it was school picture day because she insisted that she had not been notified about it.

Receiving the school photos

Two days after sending her daughter to school wearing the joke t-shirt, the Oklahoma mom received the photo proofs of the school picture day. Paige freaked out and said she was hysterical upon seeing her daughter's school photos.

The 29-year-old mom shared that she immediately thought, "Oh my god. Everyone is going to think I'm a horrible mother. How could I do this?"

Along with being hysterical, Paige was also laughing the entire time she was looking at her daughter's photos.

The TikTok video

After viewing the photos, Paige shared her experience on TikTok. At the beginning of the video, it says, "If you ever thought you are a bad mom. At least you did not send your daughter to school picture day wearing this..." Then the photo of Emma wearing the "Sasshole" shirt appears.

The video quickly became viral with millions of views. There was a mix of reactions on the video.

Although the Oklahoma mom did not expect that the video will go viral, she was excited and happy to share it with other people, especially because her daughter has been a comedic relief to the family.

Paige also added, "Since Emma has been born, she has been the light through all the darkness."
