Olivia Munn is excited about her first pregnancy with her partner, John Mulaney, but at 41 years old, the actress confessed that there have been a lot of fears over her condition in the early months of her pregnancy.

Speaking with Jess Cagle, Munn said that she wanted to "do everything" to protect her unborn child knowing that she's pregnant at such a critical age for child-bearing. Her fears were also compounded by her autoimmune disorder and the fact that she had four girlfriends who suffered pregnancy loss.

Munn said that her pregnancy was leaked to the public, which added to her stress. She said that she was not yet ready to talk about her condition but rumors about her pregnancy have stirred up on social media. Though she understood the interest because she is the same way with other pregnant celebrities, Munn said that leak was particularly difficult to deal with.

"What if I lose the baby, then it's already been out there that I have it before I was ready to tell that information?" the actress exclaimed.

Scared and Excited to be a Mom

Munn also confessed her mixed feelings about the pregnancy and told Today that she's scared, nervous and excited all at the same time. She has been overwhelmed by the number of preparations for the baby's things as she and Mulaney have been deciding on rockers, cribs and baby clothes together. The actress finds a lot of information for what to get the baby from mommy blogs, Instagram and Facebook, which she said are a "saving grace" for new moms like her.

In the months since Munn's pregnancy confirmation and Mulaney's admission that they are together, rumors have also abounded that their relationship could be on the rocks. Insiders told Us Weekly that the actress has a realistic attitude about her romance with the comedian since "nobody knows" if they will co-parent their child together or apart.

Friends close to Munn also acknowledged that she and Mulaney started an "imperfect relationship" since day one as he has yet to divorce his first wife, Anna Marie Tendler. Mulaney was also fresh off a rehabilitation facility when he started dating Munn. However, sources in the comedian's camp said that he has switched lawyers who could speed up his divorce from Tendler because he's going to be a father.

Munn in Wrongful Death Lawsuit

Meanwhile, as if her pregnancy stress wasn't enough, Munn has been named in a wrongful death lawsuit by the relatives of the worker who did the roof of her house. According to TMZ, the family of Celso Merida is seeking damages when he fell off the roof of the actress' house and subsequently died of his injuries.

Court documents showed that Munn and her mother had an unlicensed contractor who hired Merida to fix the roof. They alleged that no safety measures were in place at the actress' house and Merida was not provided the proper tools. Munn also didn't enlist in a worker's compensation program when she had workers on her house. The actress or her representatives have not yet addressed the lawsuit in public.
