Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck Divorce: 'BVS' Cast Star Affleck Breaks It OffWith Nanny; Couple Trying & Living Together Again? [Rumors]

It has been three months since Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner announced in a joint statement that they are going to divorce. The couple stated that they will be co-parenting their three children and will be pursuing an amicable split.

Following their split, the "Daredevil" couple was dragged into several controversies. There were reports about the alleged affair of the "Batman V Superman" star with their ex-nanny Christine Ouzounian. Other reports  claim that the "Alias" star is pregnant with the couple's fourth child.

In an earlier report from Parent Herald,  Garner's rep denied the rumors that she is  pregnant and insists that the mom-of-three is still pursuing the divorce.

It's difficult to decalre the real status between Affleck and Garner, but they are certainly working on resolving the issues surrounding their controversial marriage. Recently, the pair is spotted together more often.

According to the Hollywood Life, there are 50-50 chances for the ex-couple to reconcile. Since they announced their split, the pair has been more honest and raw to each other which improves their relationship.

"They are trying to make things work, but it's really tough. They have been back and forth for years on this subject," a source told the publication. "There is still love there that they are trying to figure out. The kids are the great equalizer that they want to stay together for, so it's a daily battle to see if it will work out. It is 50/50 at best."

While reports about Jen and Ben getting better make rounds online, a source told Life & Style, that Ben had already cut  his connection with Ouzounian. A source revealed that Ben told the ex-nanny that he couldn't handle a new relationship because things are still painful and raw between him and his ex-wife.

"He had fun with [her], but it wasn't love," said an insider close to Christine. The report suggests that Ouzounian didn't take the break up well.  "Christine is very upset and says Ben should be worried. In her mind, this is far from over."

Meanwhile, after dumping Christine for good, Ben is visibly  spending more time with his family. An eyewitness told Entertainment Tonight that the couple is living together at their California home in Pacific Palisades.

The family was spotted in the farmer's  market. Shortly, after that trip they rode to church  together in their Mercedes SUV.  There were no PDAs and the couple was  not wearing their wedding bands and even entered together  but exited separately.

However,  the eyewitness stressed that Ben had been "protective" and "helpful" to the "Miracles from Heaven" star.

The pair has been spotted together in several occasions and things between them seems to be getting okay. Now, many are wondering if the  couple will still be pursuing their divorce. What do you think?
