The Beverly Hills 90210 alum proudly shared that he and his ex-wife have a healthy co-parenting relationship. Brian Austin Green opened up about his co-parenting relationship with ex-wife Megan Fox in an exclusive interview with E! News. He revealed that they co-parent "really well together."

Green and Fox were married for almost ten years until they ended it in 2020 and are co-parenting their three kids - Noah Shannon Green, 10, Bodhi Ransom Green, 8, and Journey River Green, 6.

"And we don't fight over time with the kids. We try and alternate holidays between Christmas Day, Christmas Eve. But we're open to things changing. I'm very aware of-and so is she-that our schedules are insane. So when we do get time, cherish it. It's an amazing thing and we support the other parent having time," the actor said.

When asked where parents make mistakes when it comes to co-parenting, he stressed the impossibility of deciding to separate and doing everything not to let the kids be affected by the separation.

The actor believes it isn't possible for parents to separate and for the kids not to be affected. Accept that the kids will be affected one way or another and find solutions and make ways to move forward as a separated yet still connected family.

Green is also a father to Kassius, 20, from a previous relationship and recently to 4-month-old son Zane, whom he shares with girlfriend Sharna Burgess.

The actor also shared that Fox has already met Zane and thought he was the "cutest thing," which he loves, especially since his ex-wife regularly asks how the kids are and even how he is doing, People reported.

For more proof that he and the "Transformer" actress have a great relationship despite their separation, Green declared that he would be happy for Fox and fiancé Machine Gun Kelly if they were to have a baby.

He said it would be amazing since the kids are "absolutely obsessed" with their little brother, and he knows that it will be the same if their mom has her own baby. The actor revealed that the kids are currently having a hard time leaving and going over to their mom's house just because they get to miss Zane so much. Thus, having a baby in the other house would be something cool for the kids.

Green is a 'good father'

In an exclusive interview with HollywoodLife last February, a source revealed that one thing Fox can never take away from her ex-husband is that he is a "damn good father and always has been."

The source further expressed that the two have moved on. Fox realized that they needed to be separated so that they could find each other's "true soul partners," and the actress is happy that Green has found a woman deserving of his love and who loves him back.
