Pennsylvania Dad Heartbroken After Wife Dies Within Days of Giving Birth to Their Second Child

A woman from Pennsylvania who died shortly after giving birth is remembered for her passion as a teacher and a mother.

According to ABC affiliate WPVI-TV, Jennifer Krasna died on Monday, November 28, only days after she gave birth to her second son, Cade.

Grieving husband Jesse Krasna paid tribute to his amazing wife in a post he shared on Tuesday, November 29, on the social media platform Facebook. He said that nothing got in the way of Jennifer being the best mom she could be.

Jennifer survived by her husband and their two young sons

In an interview, principal Chris Pickell told FOX affiliate WTXF-TV that the 30-year-old Bucks County woman, who worked as a teacher at Charlestown Elementary School in Malvern, unexpectedly passed away.

In addition to her husband Jesse and her newborn son Cade, Jennifer is also survived by her two-year-old son Ty. Jesse wrote that Jennifer loved being a mom. He added that seeing her smile and holding their son Cade for the first time makes him happy. He shared that the bond Jennifer and Ty formed over the last two-plus years will never be broken.

Brianna Plaxe, a friend of the Krasna family, said that Jennifer loved being a mom to her two kids and was also incredibly good at it. She noted that Jenn was the type of mother who filled the weekends with activities.

She did pumpkin picking, drove through Christmas light shows, organized family dinners, trips to the zoo and the park, and get-togethers with her friends.

Jesse heartbroken with the loss of his high school sweetheart

Plaxe told PEOPLE Magazine that Jenn read with Ty each night, and she sang him his bedtime song before putting him down to sleep. She said that Jenn was excited to raise her family with Jesse, her high school sweetheart.

Jesse recalled in his tribute to his wife, Jennifer, how they met in high school when she was a junior, and he was a senior. He pointed out how Jenn lit up every room she walked into.

He said they were at a bonfire in the dark, but he could not stop looking back in her direction because she was gorgeous. According to Jesse, getting to know Jenn is when he realized that she was not just a beautiful person on the outside. He added that she was the ultimate teammate.

Jesse praised Jenn as an extraordinary teacher on top of the love she gave to her young family. He said that his love for his wife won't ever stop. In the post, he wrote that Jenn was not just a good girl. He noted that she was the perfect girl, and he would miss her so much.
