A plastic surgeon and three others are being charged with destroying COVID-19 vaccines and giving fake vaccine shots to children upon their parents' instruction in exchange for donations. All part of an alleged scheme to trade bogus Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) vaccine cards.

A federal grand jury formally accused Dr. Michael Kirk Moore Jr. from Salt Lake County, Utah, last January 11 for allegedly disposing of over $28,000 worth of COVID-19 vaccines and fraudulently distributing hundreds of vaccination record cards, Fox News reported.

According to the prosecutors, the 58-year-old doctor, along with co-defendants - Moore's neighbor Kristin Jackson Andersen, 59, Kari Dee Burgoyne, 52, and Sandra Flores, 31, have purportedly been running a "scheme" business named Plastic Surgery Institute of Utah Inc. with the malicious intention of deceiving the CDC and America.

In exchange for cash or donations

U.S. Attorney Trina A. Higgins for the District of Utah announced that in exchange for direct cash payment or required $50 donations to a charitable institution, the defendants were reported to have destroyed COVID-19 vaccines provided by the government worth at least $28,028.50. Moreover, they handed out fraudulent completed vaccination cards worth at least 1,937 doses without administering the shots to the card recipients. The fake cards were said to have an estimated total value of $97,000.

According to documents obtained from the court, the accused also did "saline shots" to children as per their parent's request so that these children would think that they had already received their COVID-19 vaccine.

"By allegedly falsifying vaccine cards and administering saline shots to children instead of COVID-19 vaccines, not only did this provider endanger the health and well-being of a vulnerable population but also undermined public trust and the integrity of federal health care programs," Department of Health and Human Services Special Agent in Charge Curt L. Muller expressed in a statement, as quoted by News Nation Now.

He further stated that with the defendant utilizing his profession as a doctor to give bogus vaccines to innocent people, especially the kids, is a perversion of security.

Muller assured the public that the department's Office of the Inspector is "committed" to partnering with law enforcement to guarantee that these "bad actors" who are trying to take advantage and profit from the pandemic illegally while risking the health of other individuals and deceiving them will be held accountable and be brought to justice.

Secret Organization

As stated by the New York Post, Moore, who was then a board-certified surgeon, and neighbor Andersen are members of a secret organization with a mission to give the medical profession the "liberation" from conflicts of interest in the government and industry.

Thus, along with office manager Burgoyne and receptionist Flores, they decided to pour legitimate vaccines down the drain using syringes.

The American Board of Plastic Surgery informed Fox News Digital that the board certification of Moore had been revoked since December 31 of last year.

The team and their "medical office" had been charged with the medical conspiracy to defraud the country, conspiracy to convert, sell, convey, and dispose of government properties, and disposal of government property and connivance and abetting.

Their initial appearance in court is said to be scheduled on January 26.
