Mariah Carey and James Packer are still very much in love with each other. In fact, the couple will be taking their relationship to a higher level by living together. New reports claimed that the soul legend is moving into her billionaire boyfriend's mansion.

TMZ reported that the staff of the "All I Want for Christmas" singer packed up her stuff and moved it to her Australian beau's Beverly Hills home. It seems that Carey saved a ton from the movers because the house she is renting is only five minutes away from Packer's house. Among the things she took are lots of clothes, bedding and furniture.

According to NY Daily News, the couple has been dating for five months and the move comes just days after they throw a Halloween party. In fact, Carey's ex-husband Nick and their 4-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe were in attendance at that event. However, the singer's ex-flame was not informed about it.

When the "America's Got Talent" host learned that his ex-wife moved to Packer, his reaction was "that's news to me." Cannon was obviously surprised about the new living situation of Carey that he just said, "I'm not even sure about it."

Reports claimed that Carey and Packer are already discussing marriage. However, technically, she is still married to Cannon per PerezHilton.com since their divorce papers are not done yet. This issue about the couple discussing marriage has been circulating online even when they just started dating.

In fact, Parent Herald previously reported that after the couple enjoyed their Capri trip last June, Carey and Packer headed to Israel to meet a spiritual leader for a pre-engagement spiritual meeting. The religious leader was not named. However, he is someone the billionaire tycoon knows so well that he felt the guru's blessing is necessary before he propose to his girlfriend.

One source claimed that after the meeting, the ball will roll quickly and they will get married soon. However, some sources close to the celebrity mom denied that at that time the couple was eager to get married. "They are not talking marriage," one insider said. "That's ridiculous. She's enjoying his company, but she's also trying to remain cautious."

The insider disclosed that Carey loves the attention Packer showered her but she is still enjoying the courtship process because her new love is very different from Cannon. "To her, Nick [Cannon] was a boy. James is a man. This trip is a chance for her to really get to know him. She hasn't 100 percent let him in yet," added the insider.
