"GMW" Season 2 Episode 28 titled, "Girl Meets Commonism" will be aired next Friday, Feb. 12, Carter Matt reported. According to the publication, there seems to be something strange with the release date of the show's upcoming episode.

Aside from the fact that the upcoming episode has already been filmed in the past few months, there is an ongoing clamor among fans and viewers that "Girl Meets Commonism" may ultimately provide some answers surrounding Lucas (Peyton Meyer), Maya (Sabrina Carpenter) and Riley (Rowan Blanchard).

The outlet noted, however, that the upcoming episode may only be "another standalone half-hour" for the series. Answers to fans' questions surrounding the love triangle may be revealed in the finale episode, as Riley and her friends will be graduating and entering an entirely new phase of life called high school.

Meanwhile, Fashion & Style noted on the possibility that while this love triangle has somewhat become the focus of the show, this may change in "Girl Meets World" Season 3. A recent tweet from the Disney series writers seemingly hint that the show will focus on other characters aside from those embroiled in the love triangle.

"Relationships aside, BMW went to high school and a good show got better. Scripts in, same happening here. More Zay, more Smackle, more Josh," they tweeted.
