"Sense8" Season 2 will show a bigger world for the eight Sensates when the sci-fi drama returns on Netflix, shared J. Michael Straczynski in an earlier interview with Comic Book Resources.

While Straczynski did not exactly reveal as to how big the "Sense8" universe will be in Season 2, the series creator shared that other clusters will be introduced when the show returns on TV.

"There are other clusters out there," he said.

The introduction of other clusters in the series might be one of the reasons why "Sense8" Season 2 will have a bigger universe. Straczynski also teased that the other clusters will have different personalities.

"So not all Sense 8s are not naturally good people. Some people might - coming into that ability might not be the best of people. So we're going to play the whole range of it," Straczynski added.

This bigger "Sense8" universe in Season 2 may also be the reason for the rumored delay in the release date of the upcoming season.

Initial reports claimed that the upcoming season of "Sense8" may air in June 2016 because it is the same month as the release of its first season while others claimed that an August release was more possible.

As Vine Report stated, writer Bryce Olin shared on Reddit that a June release is difficult to achieve.

"I really hope Netflix can release 'Sense8' Season 2 in June, but simple math suggests we really shouldn't 'expect' to see season 2 until much later in the summer or fall of 2016," Olin said.
