Batman Vs. Superman? Henry Cavill Tries To Convince Kids He’s Better

British actor Henry Cavill, widely known for his role as Superman, tried to convince several kids that his superhero character is better than Batman. Some adorable kids did not favor him.

In a YouTube video uploaded by Omaze, Cavill asked some British kids who they like better between Superman and Batman. While there were kids who picked Superman as the better DC comics superhero, there were also some who chose Batman, despite Cavill's persuasion that his character is a better choice.

One of the kids pointed out that Batman, played by Ben Affleck, is better than Superman because he can fly. Another one commented that Superman "needs some upgrades" if he wanted to beat Batman.

The clip was posted to solicit entries for a chance to join and meet Cavill, Affleck and the rest of the cast at the red carpet premiere screening of "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice." According to Omaze, winners will get the chance to take a spin in the Batmobile, fly with Cavill in a helicopter, take a photo with Affleck, and photobomb the cast with Jesse Eisenberg on the red carpet.

Three nonprofits, chosen by Cavill, Affleck and Eisenberg, will benefit each entry. These include Eastern Congo Initiative, The SEED Project and Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust.

"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" is set to open in March. In an interview with Empire Magazine as reported by Cosmic Book News, Cavill hinted that people will start to fear his character in the new movie.

"He's more used to this gig, doing his best to save as many lives as he can. He is no longer frantic. He's no longer a wet-behind-the-ears kind of superhero," Cavill described his character.

In the interview, he also shared his anticipation about the "Dawn of Justice League" movie. "It's a bunch of people who are all used to getting their own way, so we'll see how they interact. And the guy who can kick anyone's ass is the nice one," he stated.
