This Mother Hid Her Baby In The Bag On Air France Flight, But Authorities Didn't File Charges Because Of Her Reason For Doing It

A French woman was found hiding a baby in her luggage that she brought on the plane's cabin during her flight going to Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris from Istanbul, Turkey on March 7. The airline's staff decided to move her seat to the front and waited till the plane landed to deal with the situation.

In an article written by The Inquisitr, despite the fact that she was caught almost illegally smuggling a baby going to France, she was let go after the airport in France found out that she is in the process of adopting the baby who originally was from Haiti. Lots of publications said that the baby is one year of age, while others said the child is already 4 years old.

The publication TheLocal.Fr also got a hold of this news and reported the exact reason why she had to hide the child that she was about to adopt inside her luggage. "She was apparently in the transit zone in Istanbul, and had crossed the customs checkpoint with the child, when she was prevented from boarding a flight with her," their source said.

Passengers of the plane first noticed the baby when she left her seat because she needed to go to the toilet. She was seated at the back of the plane and those on her row saw a cloth type of bag with something that is moving in there. The witness told the press that after he saw the bag started moving, he called some of the flight attendants to check what is inside. That is how they discovered that there was a child inside the bag and the aircraft completely didn't notice it until someone saw it.

Metro said that the passenger was very surprised to see a baby on the plane placed inside a bag like that. The woman and the child were taken to custody at the airport of France, as soon as they landed and that's when authorities had the time to analyze her situation. Luckily, they were understanding that they didn't file any criminal charges against her.
