Alfonso Ribeiro Welcomes Son Alfonso Lincoln Ribiero Jr

Alfonso Ribeiro and wife Angela welcomed their first child in Los Angeles.

"They are all healthy, happy, and exhausted," the rep told Us Weekly. The baby weighs 7 pounds, 10 ounces, and measures 21.5 inches long.

The 42-year-old proud father tweeted saying they felt "blessed."

"Alfonso Lincoln Ribiero Jr. was born today at 10:45 a.m.," the 'Fresh Prince of Bel-Air' star tweeted. "We are so blessed...We also want to thank our amazing Dr Jason Rothbart. He was so great and a calming influence in the room."

He and Angela announced pregnancy in May and said they were expecting the baby this fall. "Coming this fall: a baby Alfonso or a baby Angela!" he tweeted.

The couple exchanged vows in October 2012 in Los Angeles. Will Smith, his former co-star, served as a groomsman along with 'N Sync's Joey Fatone and baseball player David Justice.

Alfonso also has a nine-year-old daughter, Sienna from a previous marriage with Robin Stapler.

He is best known for his roles in 'Fresh Prince of Bel-Air' as a spoiled, rich Carlton Banks. The show ran from 1990 to 1996. He played Will's cousin. The character of Carlton was famous for dancing on the tunes of Tom Jones' "It's Not Unusual." He gained immense popularity for the dance move that is now known as "The Carlton Dance."
