Victoria’s Secret Angel Candice Swanepoel Is Expecting First Child With Fiancé Hermann Nicoli, Report Claims

Another supermodel baby is on the way! Victoria's Secret Angel Candice Swanepoel and fiancé Hermann Nicoli are reportedly expecting their first child.

E! News reported that Swanepoel, who got engaged to Nicoli last August, is pregnant. A source has exclusively informed the publication that the 27-year-old South African supermodel is already about to enter her second trimester of pregnancy.

"They are very happy," the source claimed. "They plan to spend the summer in New York."

Another source said that Swanepoel is thrilled about her pregnancy and considered it a perfect timing as her best friend and fellow VS model Behati Prinsloo is also pregnant. Prinsloo is also reportedly expecting her first child with husband Adam Levine. 

"Candice and Behati are best friends and they are not far apart from each other in pregnancy due dates," the insider stated. "They both have been experiencing the first stages of being pregnant together and are happy to have each other who understand. They can't wait to be mommies!"

Swanepoel and Nicoli​, a Brazilian model, have been together for almost 10 years. They met in Paris when the Swanepoel was only 17 years old.

The blond bombshell has been very vocal in her past interviews about her desire of having a family. According to the Daily Mail, she told Hello Fashion Monthly last year that she would love to have kids.

"I would love to have children," she told the fashion magazine. She added that she is not sure about getting married yet, but she already felt fully committed to her long-time beau.

"I kind of feel married already. Ten years is kind of a marriage, so I don't really need papers to tell me that," she explained.

Swanepoel rose to fame in 2010 as the first South African model to ever walk the famous annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. Aside from Victoria's Secret, she also landed various modeling gigs for popular fashion brands like Christian Dior, Chanel, Fendi and Givenchy. Her net worth of earnings is reportedly almost $20 million.
