A urologist has developed a revolutionary penile implant that can instantly increase the length and girth of a penis by approximately two inches. The new penis enhancement technique is called "silicone penile implant."

Dr. James Elist, a Beverly Hills urologist, wants to give hope to men who were born with small penises. Thus, he created a penile implant that can instantly increase the length and girth of a penis. He said patients have the option of choosing between three implant sizes: large, extra- large or double extra-large. The surgeon said that the silicone penile implant is similar to breast implant, except his invention is "not filled with anything."

Furthermore, he explained that the material of his penile implant is made with very soft silicone with a shape of a penis that can completely cover the whole penis. Talking about the procedure, Dr. Elist said the implant will be inserted through the skin of groin until it completely gets under the skin of the penis. Then, the patient's shaft will be expanded between 1.5 and 2.5 inches.

Dr. Elist said the recovery doesn't take long, hence, patients can go back to their normal routine on the following day after the procedure. However, he said it is very important for the patients who underwent to the procedure to abstain themselves from sexual activities, including oral sex and masturbation for at least six weeks.

The urologist said since he started offering the penile implant for $13,000, it became a huge hit. In fact, he currently performs two procedures every day and still receiving patients from as far away as Moscow. "We noticed that the self-confidence of patients has increased significantly," Dr. Elist added.
