Kim Zolciak and Kroy Beirmann Welcome Twins

The family of Kim Zolciak just bigger with the addition of her twins! 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta,' and footballer husband Kroy Beirmann welcomed their "precious angels," Monday.

"We are officially the 'Biermann Bunch' now!" Kim announced the news to her fans on Instagram. "Guess what?!!! The TWINS have arrived! We welcomed first a baby GIRL and second a handsome little BOY. They are both healthy, and Kroy and I are so thankful!!"

The 35-year-old reality TV star announced her fifth pregnancy in June. Kim already has two daughters, 16-year-old Brielle and 11-year-old Ariana from a previous relationship. With Kroy she has two sons, Kroy Jagger, 2, and Kash Kade, 15 months.

Excited Kim did not wait too long to share the names of her twins. "The twins names are: Girl: Kaia Rose (After 'Psychic' Rose who is like a grandma to me and been a huge part of my life for 13 plus yrs) Also the twins were born on the Rose's birthday!" she posted another photo on Instagram.

"Boy: Kane Ren (Ren After my OBGYN who has delivered 5 of the 6 kiddos, who has also been a big part of my life for 12 yrs and we simply adore him)."

In September, Kim flaunted her twin-baby bump photo on the social networking website.  "Going swimming with the kiddos! The pool makes me feel so much lighter!" she captioned the photo. She was seen wearing black lacy lingerie.

Kim and Kroy met at a charity event 'Dancing with Atlanta Stars' in May 2010 and married on November 11, 2011.
