Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore Finalise Divorce Amid Mila Kunis’ Pregnancy Rumors

It's all over between Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher. The Los Angeles Superior Court finalized the long-pending divorce of the separated couple.

Laura Wasser, Ashton's lawyer, filed the documents in the court Tuesday, reports TMZ.

In November 2011, Demi revealed that the two had separated and in January last year, Ahston filed for divorce stating "irreconcilable difference."

"It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton," the 51-year-old 'Ghost' star said.

The former couple began dating in 2003 and got married in 2005. Their relationship gained wide attention because of the 15-year age gap between the two. But they seemed to be happy in each other's company.

Problems in their bliss full married life started when reports of Ashton cheating on Demi on their wedding anniversary surfaced. He was found cheating on his wife with Sara Leal, 23, in San Diego.

"As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life," Demi said then. "This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone going through a similar situation."

After Demi announced that she parted ways with Ashton, the 'Two and a Half Men,' replacement of Charlie Sheen tweeted about the times he spent with his wife. "I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail. Love and Light, AK," he tweeted.

Demi was previously married to actor Bruce Willis and rock musician Freddy Moore. This will be the first divorce for Ashton.

The two have moved on after the separation. Ashton is now dating 30-year-old actress Mila Kunis. Some media reports speculated that Mila is pregnant with Ashton's child and is hiding the news. She was seen wearing loose-fitting outfits lately and was recently spotted shopping with her boyfriend's mom for Thanksgiving, paparazzi spotted her in a baggy gray sweater and light-colored jeans.

According to TMZ, Ashton tried to shoo away the clicking paparazzi.  Mila then quickly got into the vehicle and drove off with Ashton.

"They both want kids. It's something they're vocal about," a source close to Ashton previously told People magazine. "I can't imagine it will be very long before she's pregnant. [Maybe] right after they get engaged if not sooner," the source added.
