'Pokemon Sun,' 'Pokemon Moon' News Update: First Footage A Disappointment? New Titles Will Come With 10 New Creatures

Last week, many fans were excited to see the new footage of "Pokemon Sun" and "Pokemon Moon" on a Japanese variety show. However, it turned out that many were disappointed with it.

Parent Herald previously reported that the first footage of "Pokemon Sun" and "Pokemon Moon" would be available on Sunday, Apr. 3. The announcement was made in Serebii.net, where they confirmed that the new title's first trailer would be featured in the episode of Gathering at the Pokemon House.

Unfortunately, GameRant reported that the first footage of "Pokemon Sun" and "Pokemon Moon" was a disappointment. Not that it was terrible, it's just that fans expect to see new details about the game but nothing was new.

However, "Pokemon Sun" and "Pokemon Moon" fans should not be dismayed because there's another thing to look forward to. In a separate report from Parent Herald, "Pokemon Sun" and "Pokemon Moon" will be featured in the April 15 issue of the CoroCoro Magazine.

The publication hinted that there would be big revelations in the said issue. So for those who are expecting to learn new details about "Pokemon Sun" and "Pokemon Moon," you better get a copy of the magazine. It will be available next week.

Back to the first footage of "Pokemon Sun" and "Pokemon Moon," GameRant notes that the video was not a complete waste because when director Junichi Masuda was asked about how many new Pokemon would be present in "Pokemon Sun" and "Pokemon Moon," he revealed that there would be more than 10.

Although the information answers the question, it remains vague because there is no detail about this new pokemon. Nevertheless, the thought that there will be new pokemon joining the pack in "Pokemon Sun" and "Pokemon" is exciting enough.
