Kirsten Storms and Husband Brandon Barash Welcome Daughter Harper Rose

Kirsten Storms and hubby Brandon Barash of 'General Hospital' welcomed a baby girl, Tuesday!

"Our passenger has touched down and arrived. Welcome to our world. There has not been a more fulfilling day," proud dad Brandon said sharing the happy news on Twitter.

Kirsten then posted the first photo of her baby, Harper Rose Barash, on Instagram, Thursday.

The 33-year-old father posted another photo of his little bundle of joy. "Does said princess have a name, you ask... @teenystweeting #harperrosebarash" Brandon captioned the photo.

The couple announced the pregnancy in August. "We're having a little girl in January," Brandon told People.  "It's been the most amazing couple of months of our lives."We kept things quiet because of everything that can go wrong during the first trimester," he explained. "Kirsten did have a rocky (time) and we were in and out of the hospital."

Congratulations started pouring in for Kirsten and Brandon on the arrival of their baby. "What amazing news to wake up to. Two of my favorite people have created what is surely a superbeing. The world is a better place today," Brandon's close friend Bradford Anderson wrote on his Facebook page.

Kirsten and Brandon exchanged vows last June in a private ceremony. Brandon quit 'General Hospital' and Kirsten will be seen again in the role of Mariah Maximiliana 'Maxie' Jones after her maternity leave.

However, this is not the only couple from 'General Hospital' who are excited about the arrival of the baby. Teresa Castillo and husband Shane Aaron are also expecting their first baby together. The baby is due on May 24.
