Sherri Saum of ‘The Fosters’ Expecting Twins!

The 39-year-old 'Fosters' actress and husband Kamar de los Reyes were first told that they were pregnant with one baby. Only after the second ultrasound the doctors told the couple the "thrilling" news of having twins.

"We were thrilled. We were like, 'Awesome! A baby!' And then the next ultrasound [the doctor] was like, 'Uh... looks like there's a freeloader in there hiding,'" she said. "I was just in shock for about two weeks. My husband and I were just like, 'This is really happening!'"

Sherri also revealed that the babies might arrive in May. "They say with twins they may come early, so I don't know," she said.

She also said that they already know the gender of the babies but will keep it a mystery till they arrive. The mommy-to-be said that although she is getting morning sickness she is happy.

Revealing her pregnancy cravings Sherri jokingly said she eats bread "all day long."

Sherri married her longtime boyfriend and former 'One Life to Live' castmate Kamar, May 19, 2007, in New York City.

She is also known for her roles in 'Beggars and Choosers,' 'Rescue Me',  'In Treatment,' and in daytime soap operas like 'Sunset Beach,' and 'One Life to Live.'
