‘Devious Star’ Dania Ramirez and Hubby John Beverly Welcome Twins, Reveal their Names

Dania Ramirez and husband John Beverly Amos Land welcomed fraternal twins last month. The couple have now revealed the names of the babies!

The couple named their daughter Gaia Jissel Ramirez Land and son John Aether Ramirez Land, reported the PEOPLE magazine. Gaia weighs 4 lbs., 12 oz. and is measured 17 inches long, while John Aether weighs 4 lbs., 9 oz. and is measured 18 inches long.

"Dania's so in love with them," the 34-year-old 'Devious Maids' star's rep told the entertainment magazine.

She also flaunted her post-pregnancy sexy bod on Instagram. She looked stunningly beautiful.

Dania explained the reason behind the names of her twins. "Gaia is the Greek goddess of Earth. Aether is the god or personification of the upper air that only the gods can breath, hence the medical term 'ether,'" she tells PEOPLE, adding that they call their son by his middle name.

"They were actually siblings in Greek mythology. My 12-year-old stepson's name is Kai, which means ocean, and we wanted to connect them all. So now we have water, earth and air."

The couple also wanted to add the family names. "John is after my husband," Ramirez explains. "Jissel (pronounced Giselle) is my middle name and I was called that while I lived in the Dominican Republic. When I moved here, everyone called me by my first name because of roll call at school, so I stuck with Dania."

The couple married last February and announced pregnancy in July. Dania, at her baby shower, said that they have decided on the names of the babies but would reveal them after their birth.

"We have these really beautiful and powerful names for them," Dania told PEOPLE during her pregnancy "I want to say them out loud once I see them for the first time, just to make sure that it all feels right."
