The results of their study also solidified the findings that rosemary has been accredited for preventing cognitive dysfunction and aging.

According to the researchers, people in the village also walk long distances. Hiking is a part of their daily routine since their village is so remote.

Added to that, they also make sure that they relax in the evening. This routine may be considered as a total bore by many individuals living in big cities, but the number of centenarians in the Acciaroli village makes them real winners in terms of health.
