Microsoft Wordflow Keyboard For iOS: Uses, Tricks and All You Need To Know

Microsoft's Word Flow keyboard application is now available for iOS users. Aside from Windows Phones, those with gadgets running on Apple's iOS can also type easily with one hand using this helpful app.

TechTimes said Word Flow allows users to simply tap or swipe for the to type words or sentences. This application can predict what people are trying to write based on their swipe on their keyboards, making tasks easier and faster to do.

It was added in the same report that the application was developed by Microsoft's Garage for users to easily customize their keyboards using an "Arc mode." Word Flow also helps them to type fast with lesser mistakes even with the use of a thumb.

According to The Verge, the iOS version of the application have some additions which are not available for the Windows iPhone variant. The keyboard background can now be customized with the image that users want. There is also a "one-handed mode" which can be greatly utilized by people who own the large iPhone 6S Plus.

The new keyboard is not the first one that Microsoft introduced for iOS since an earlier hub keyboard also allows iPhone users to use files and contacts easily. The Verge said Microsoft is slowly experimenting with iOS and Android keyboards and additional ones are expected to be added in the coming months.

Those who want to download the application for their iOS gadgets, TechTimes said it can already be added by going to Settings > General > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard > Word Flow. Under the Word Flow option, users should choose full access for it to be able to recognize your friends' names.

Users can them personalize their keyboard backgrounds to customize what they see beneath the letters. Background options include an image that already comes with the app or those stored in the photo library.
