At the time, "Tekken X Street Fighter" is on hold.

"When we develop fighting games, we try to keep the core community in mind as well as the wider audience that wants to play these games," Harada said. "When we develop fighting games, we try to keep the core community in mind as well as the wider audience that wants to play these games."

"Tekken 7" Not Exclusive To PS4

On a separate note, Ecumenical News reported that "Tekken 7" might also arrive on different consoles other than PS4. Per the report, an article posted on GameSpot suggested that "Tekken 7" would be exclusive to Sony's current gen consoles. Thus, "Tekken" fans were questioning about the report of "Tekken 7's" PS4 exclusivity.

"Tekken" brand and community advisor Mark Julio tweeted that the said article was already removed due to "inaccuracy and weirdness." He did not explain what part of the article was inaccurate but many believe it was the console exclusivity.

Meanwhile, Michael Murray responded saying that, the right way to say is that "Tekken 7" "has only been confirmed for the PS4 at this time." At the time, one thing is certain, "Tekken 7" is available for PS4 but there are chances that it might arrive on other consoles as well.
