In a separate report from Parent Herald, yes fans can still expect Tom in "The Blacklist" Season 4. Eggold told Today, that "The Blacklist" production is working on making his character go back and forth in the parent series and its spinoff.

There is no doubt that fans are eager to know the details about "The Blacklist" Season 4. In view of this, executive producer Jon Bokenkamp shares crucial details about the new season and stressed that "The Blacklist" Season 4 will still be Red (James Spader) and Liz story.

Cooper started to arc darker and has his own marital problems, and Aram got out from behind the computer in a big way," he told the Wall Street Journal adding that it's great to feature the development of these characters.
