'Sister Wives' Season 7 Recap, News & Update: Meri Gives Kody A Present To Forget The Catfish Controversy

The "Sister Wives" reality stars are plagued with controversy following Meri Brown's catfish scandal. The Brown's relationship is tested once again and Meri is determined to make amends. Will it work?

In the last episode of "Sister Wives" Season 7 there were lots of changes and emotional breakdown. Meri Brown was guilty of the catfishing controversy and planned on getting a present to Kody and the "Sister Wives" so they can move past with the issue.

Per the Hollywood Gossip, the "Sister Wives" star Meri Brown wants to repair their broken relationship by creating an artwork for each of Kody's wives to represent their family. Her painting for Kody and Robyn features palm trees and a rising sun to remind them that their relationship is in the "sunrise" stage.

Meri Brown knows that she needs to do something to patch things up. "I broke trust with a lot of people just because I handled things so poorly," she said on the cameras.

Meri Hurts With Robyn And Kody's Rejection

Meanwhile, Meri wanted to take Solomon on her trip to Utah to meet her daughter Mariah who is also very disappointed to her following the catfish scandal. Per CelebDirtyLaundy, the "Sister Wive's" celebrity mom decided to take Solomon with her not to relieve the pregnant Robyn from more responsibilities but to be a buffer for her and Mariah.

Unfortunately, Robyn and Kody declined. Meri was hurt, but Solomon's parents explained that the little boy wakes up in the middle of the night screaming. Also, he couldn't go for a few hours without Robyn and has been clingy as of late because he knows that his mom will be having another baby. Meri chooses to understand and acknowledges that her insecurities are messing her.

Meri And Mariah's Mother-Daughter Relationship Still In The Works

Meri went to Utah with Breanna to talk with her daughter Mariah. However, their encounter was not friendly at all, as her daughter was not so welcoming. In fact, Mariah tried to embarrass her mom by calling attention about her eyebrows when it was just how Meri does it the whole time.

Mariah wanted to tell her mom that she lost her trust. She also felt that the "Sister Wives" star Meri just talked to her because she needs sympathy. Unfortunately, she doesn't feel that her mom deserves it. Also, Maria used to say that she also wants a sister wife for herself, but she has already changed her mind. She is withdrawing from their polygamous set up.
