Mike Regrets Pleading Guilty In 'Suits' Season 5

"Suits" Season 5 finale ended with Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) pleading guilty to protect the rest of his colleagues from Pearson Specter Litt law firm. He made the decision against Harvey Specter advice who believes that he can still get away with the case without being sentenced.

Parent Herald previously reported that "Suits" Season 6 would pick up where the last season left off. There will be no time jump and fans will see Mike in prison for a while.

A short "Suits" Season 6 clip from Entertainment Weekly features a prison guard shaving Mike's head while he remembers the voices of his friends and colleagues pleading him not to take the prison sentence. Then it ended with the judge revealing a "non guilty" verdict.

With the difficult life waiting for Mike behind bars, it seems that he regrets turning himself into a two-year sentence after finding out that it is not necessary after all. Had Mike wait for the verdict, he will not be guilty of being free because it was the verdict after all.

Carly Pope Joins 'Suits' Season 6

According to Movie News Guide, a new cast is joining "Suits" Season 6. Carly Pope will recur as Tara Messer. Her character is a cultured and perceptive commercial architect whom Louis Litt will be bringing in to help him with his deal with his business with Stu Buzzine and the Wall Street traders.

There are rumors that Litt would find a new romance in "Suits" Season 6, could it be Tara Messer? Well, we will soon find out.

"Suits" Season 6 premieres on July 13 at 9 pm ET/PT on USA Network.
