Beta Testing Invitation For 'Pokemon Go' Is Out

Parent Herald previously reported that "Pokemon Go" beta testing is now available in the United States. Before the U.S. beta testing, Pokemon players from Australia and New Zealand were also privileged to test "Pokemon Go."

As for the "Pokemon Go" U.S. beta testing update, Parent Herald reported earlier that the beta testing in the country has begun last week. The Silphroad reported that the second wave of "Pokemon Go" beta invite is already sent out. This means that more and more players will be able to access the anticipated title.

Some players who received beta invite for "Pokemon Go" confirmed that it was real because it gave them access to the field tests. Per the Bigbag the field test is already out in several countries, but at the time there is still no official release date as to when the game will arrive.

Pokemon Evolution In 'Pokemon Go' Uses Candy

On a separate note, ComicBook reported that players will have to use candies to evolve specific Pokemon. Per the report, the candies are specifically designed for a particular evolutionary line. For instance, "Pokemon Go" players can use the Charmander candy to evolve Charmender into a Charmeleon and then to a Charizard.

Breathecast reported that this method of evolution is easier than the previous ones based on the beta testing feedbacks. This approach is different from leveling up Pokemon in the video game. The usual approach of evolving Pokemon is through battle or rare candies while other methods include trading, stones, holding certain items, happiness, day and night.
