Zayn Malik Cancels Concert As He Struggles With a Mental Health Condition; Asked Adel To Help Him With the His Performance Anxiety

Zayn Malik is going through a crucial career twist as he consecutively deals with performance anxiety. As of the latest update, Malik sought help from Adele, who was able to tackle her performance anxiety in the most unusual way.

According to The Guardian, Zayn Malik has been struggling with anxiety disorder which negatively affected his performances. His anxiety attacks became consistent that it eventually forced him to cancel one of his concerts.

As his pre-show anxiety attacks became consistent, Zayn Malik openly shared that his anxiety has been haunting his up to pa point that it is already creating a huge impact on his performance. His anxiety attacks have been ongoing, even before he went solo. He even shared a few words wherein he just wanted to go home during one of his concerts, and eventually leave One Direction.

"Unfortunately my anxiety that has haunted me throughout the last few months around live performances has gotten the better of me," Zayn said in a statement after his June 11 concert was canceled. "With the magnitude of the event, I have suffered the worst anxiety of my career."

As Zayne Malik struggles to keep his anxiety attacks at bay, it was mentioned that he was forced to cancel one of his concerts last June 11 at the Capital FM Summertime Ball. He then apologized several times for disappointing his fans. Zayn Malik then added that it is finally time for him to seek help.

Mirror then added that Zayn Malik reached out to Adele as asked for advice on how she overcame her performance anxiety. Adele was known for her anxiety attacks wherein she would panic on stage. Part of what helped her overcame her anxiety attacks, however, is by using crystals.

Anxiety attacks do not show any warning as to when it would take place, thus people struggling with anxiety needs ample of help and support from the people around them.
