'The Big Bang Theory' Season 10 : Kaley Cuoco, Johnny, Galecki Now 'Star Trek' Figures? San Diego Comic Con Souvenirs Signal 'TBBT' Cancellation?

"The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 is getting strong exposure at the 2016 San Diego Comic Con as Penny (Kaley Cuoco), Leonard Hofstadter (Johnny Galecki) get their own "Star Trek" action figures. Kaley Cuoco and Johnny Galecki are joined by "The Big Bang Theory" co-stars Jim Parsons (Sheldon Cooper), Howard Wolowitz (Simon Helberg), Raj Koothrappali (Kunal Nayyar) in the "Star Trek" stardom at the 2016 SDDC.

Of course Amy Farrah Fowler (Mayim Bialik) and Bernadette Rostenkowski (Melissa Rauch) join Kaley Cuoco in "The Big Bang Theory" girl power for the "Star Trek" special. Comicbook reports that Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch get the more limited "Star Trek" edition with just 2280 figure comparing to Kaley Cuoco and the guys, who each will have 2360 units available.

According to Comicbook, the "Star Trek" exclusive on "The Big Bang Theory" cast by retailer Entertainment Earth is tagged to sell $14.99 apiece at the 2016 San Diego Comic Con. As added feature the "Star Trek" figures allocate accessories distinctive to each "The Big Bang Theory" character such as a couch for Sheldon Cooper and a NASA-reference ship portion for Howard Wolowitz.

Questions are raised, however if the "Star Trek" merchandise from the 2016 San Diego Comic Con may be farewell collectibles in anticipation of "TBBT" cancellation after "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10. A separate Parent Herald article reports that although the "TBBT" cast, Kaley Cuoco, Melissa Rauch and Kunal Nayyar in particular, expressed willingness to continue beyond "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10, new contracts have yet to be drawn.

For the time being, The Hollywood Reporter cites "TBBT" producer Steve Molaro in stating that the priority for now is to make each episode of "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 count. "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 premiere date is set on CBS for October 27 2016 while the "TBBT" cast will debut their "Star Trek" action figures at 2016 San Diego Comic Con on July 20.
