New Study Suggests Classical Music Is The Answer To Keep You Away From Cardiac Arrest

To all classical music lovers out there, a new study suggests that listening to Mozart gives you a high chance to lower your blood pressure. Apparently, its frequency is equivalent to getting yourself an exercise and taking care of your diet.

In an article published by The Telegraph, they reported that classical music, specifically any of Mozart’s famous symphonies could lower a person’s blood pressure. Researchers in Germany experimented using the classical artist’s Symphony No. 40 in G minor and checked their participants’ blood pressure before and after the effect of them listening to it. They used 60 people to conduct this experiment.

The result showed that the systolic rate of their participant’s heart went low by about 4.7 mm Hg. It even went lower by 3.7 mm Hg after they used Johann Strauss’ music. The interesting part here is that they also used other music like that of the famous Swedish band, Abba.

Nextshark also noted some of the advantages that one could get from listening to classical music. It could even reduce stress and anxiety. Those who are battling depression would also do well when they have some classical music in the background. This all makes sense since music involves frequency and sounds, which has a lot to do with the altering of a person’s mood.

There are studies even from way back saying that classical music’s effect to people is the same when they do aerobics or other exercises that decreases the blood pressure. This includes running, jogging and even riding a bike. If you are a bit lazy in getting yourself some workout, why not try listening to Mozart or Strauss instead to keep your heart healthy. Share this to your loved ones today, so they too could benefit from it.
