‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ New Leaked Set Photos Show Tom Holland Ready To Fight Evil In Full Web Slinger Suit

We have already seen Tom Holland's upgraded Spider-Man suit in "Captain America: Civil War" last April, but seeing the actor wearing it again is still a delight. Brand new photos have surfaced from the set of "Spider-Man: Homecoming" featuring Holland ready to take on evil wearing his red and blue Spidey garb.

Check out the snapshot below. More photos are posted on Looper.

There is no context in the photos, but Holland's Peter Parker/Spider-Man is shown riding in the back of a construction truck carrying a big piece of concrete pipe. He's also wearing a Jansport backpack, which suggests he's either coming back from school, or is lugging new gadgets to help him through his superhero acts. According to Looper, Holland was filmed running alongside the construction truck and jumps onto it. CGI will help complete the running scenes, but the scene where Spider-Man jumps onto the truck was done by Holland himself without any stunt double. Latest News & More Set Photos Pictures from the Atlanta set of "Spider-Man: Homecoming" also surfaced last week. Those photos featured Holland and his co-star Zendaya as the female lead Michelle and Tony Revolori as Manuel.

Directed by Jon Watts, "Spider-Man: Homecoming" will take Peter Parker back to his high school roots just like in the comic book source material. The movie will also star Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man, Marisa Tomei, Michael Keaton, Logan Marshall-Green, Michael Barbieri, Kenneth Choi, Laura Harrier, Donald Glover, Isabella Amara, Jorge Lendeborg Jr., J.J. Totah, Hannibal Buress and Abraham Attah, Deadline listed.

'Spider-Man: Homecoming' To Feature Three Villains?

Keaton will reportedly play as the film's primary villain, while Marshall-Green will serve as his partner-in-crime. Unofficial reports claimed that he will portray The Vulture, believed to be Spider-Man's main foe in the upcoming film, Cinema Blend reported.

There are also speculations that Marshall-Green would play as The Tinkerer. He could assist The Vulture in creating a flight suit made from leftover Chitauri technology from the Battle of New York in 2012's "The Avengers."

Another recent cast addition is "Fargo" actor Bokeem Woodbine as the superhero flick's other unnamed villain, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The movie having multiple villains is not a surprise, given that past "Spider-Man" films have featured several antagonists as well.

"Spider-Man: Homecoming" is slated for a July 7, 2017 release date in theaters.
