'Suits' Season 6 Premiere Episode Details

TV Guide released the official synopsis for "Suits" Season 6, titled "To Trouble." From the title itself, there is no doubt that the new season will be more dramatic and perhaps, emotional. Here's the official synopsis:

"In the season 6 premiere, Mike transitions to prison life; and Harvey and the others cope with the fallout of Mike's plea deal and try to stop what's left of PSL from collapsing."

Mike Will Transition To Life Behind Bars

In "Suits" Season 5 Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) surprised everyone when he turned himself into a two-year prison sentence without waiting for the verdict. Things turned awry when Mike's sacrifice proves to be unnecessary because the verdict was "not guilty" after all.

Now, that Harvey's (Gabriel Macht) friend and fake lawyer, Mike Ross is in jail, the latter will have to adjust his life behind bars. Parent Herald previously reported that new characters are added to pave the way for Mike's new life in jail.

"I think he's going to be tested more than ever in this season. That means new characters and... new interactions and new relationships and new threats," Adams said about his character in "Suits" Season 6 per International Business Times.

Mike In Jail Throughout 'Suits' Season 6

Meanwhile, there are chances that Mike will be in jail throughout "Suits" Season 6. Adams revealed that he already shot seven episodes for the new season in jail. "All I know is what we shot so far and I'm still in prison. They're committing to it. We're committing to it as a full storyline. Do I think it's going to be a full two years' worth of the show? My guess is probably not," he told ABC News.
