‘Gilmore Girls’ Netflix Reboot: Two New Cast Reveals Spoilers; Girls Will Come Back This Thanksgiving?

The "Gilmore Girls" are coming back and this time Netflix is in charge. The show will have new members including the "Bunhead" star Stacey Oristano and Alex Kingston.

Netflix is being very secretive about the development of the revived "Gilmore Girls." However, they commonly swap the cover art on its site with different Gilmore photos. Recently, Netflix showed an image of Jess. Could this mean that Rory's high school love will come back or is Netflix just teasing fans to miss the girls even more?

Stacey Oristano Joins the Cast

Stacey Oristano will join the cast of "Gilmore Girls" although Netflix is not divulging any information on their new characters and what chaos they will cause Rory and Lorelai. However, Oristano revealed that she will cause trouble in different places.

"I don't know if I'm allowed to say that. We're outside," Stacey Oristano said when asked about her character on "Gilmore Girls." "I was there for the table read, and I got to see the set and stuff, but all of my stuff is outside [of town]."

Alex Kingston reveals more about "Gilmore Girls"

"Dr. Who" actress Alex Kingston will also be in the reboot of the "Gilmore Girls." Her announcement came while attending Supercon in Miami, according to Refinery 2. She also didn't reveal much about her character as she is not certain how much she should reveal.

Kingston showed excitement though over the development of the revived "Gilmore Girls" and talked about how she occasionally watched the shooting of the gang at the Warner Bros. lot before. "It was so funny for them to sort of reboot it again," Kingston said. "Alexis... she's all grown up. That's amazing. I remember when she was so young."

She also revealed that the shooting for the upcoming "Gilmore Girls" is not happening on the set of Warner Bros. but the cast and crew are on location which makes the reboot more fun.

"Gilmore Girls" New Episodes Coming and Air Date

When "Gilmore Girls" come back, the show from Netflix will have four new episodes. Sources claim that the reboot may premiere on Tuesday before Thanksgiving or after Thanksgiving.
