"Pokemon GO" has been officially launched today and has been slowly rolling out worldwide. But with the massive users pouring in, Nintendo made sure that only legal users can get access. For users using an APK on their device, they will be fully banned from installing "Pokemon Go."

The announcement was made by a Twitter user @Twintendo where he said that if you have downloaded the APK for Pokemon Go, you need to delete it now. Nintendo will ban your device and not your account. Another user from Facebook named Arria Lynn confirmed the ban.

"Redding and other online users (in groups I'm in) confirmed if you are using the APK your device is about to be banned.
