'Frozen 2' Cast, Plot & Release Date: True Love Found, But Anna Could Destroy Everything

Despite being confirmed, "Frozen 2" cast, plot and release date updates remain to be very limited online. As of writing, no other details have been offered apart from Elsa, Anna, Kristoff and Olaf's return.

New reports are hinting that the sequel could finally give Elsa her one true love and true love's kiss, Ecumenical News reported. Apart from Elsa, it looks like "Frozen 2" cast, plot and release date updates are also hinting that a love interest for their flurry friend could also be underway.

A previous Telegraph report noted that apart from a very love-filled plot, the addition of Olaf's lady love could be a good strategy for merchandise. Olaf is easily one of the most adorable sidekicks, and having finding his own love could be a fitting choice for the "Frozen 2" character.

Apart from finding their one true love, other "Frozen 2" cast, plot and release date rumors are suggesting that Anna will turn to the dark side and will reportedly be the movie's villain. As Ecumenical News noted, Anna will reportedly kill her sister Elsa, as well as Elsa's real sister Rapunzel.

"Frozen 2" cast, plot and release date rumors have previously suggested that Anna and Elsa are not real sisters, and this could be the reason why Anna will be forced to end Elsa's life. Other rumors claim that the idea of Elsa's demise even came from voice actress' Idina Menzel's recent interview.

"We are at story writing and they're working on it and I think I'm in it," she told E! News. "That's all I know - unless maybe Elsa falls off an ice cliff and she dies in the first five minutes."
