Although things will be rough between Mary, Sam and Dean, as a family, fans can expect them to work together. According to Movie News Guide, there are rumors that Mary will help her sons fight against the Men of Letters. However, although she is supportive of her sons, we can't tell if she's happy with their career choice. This might brew conflict to the mother and sons.

On a side note, for those wondering if "Supernatural" Season 12 will be the last adventure for Sam and Dean, that is unlikely. In fact, the CW president Mark Pedowitz has admitted that he wants the TV series to run longer. Thus, "Supernatural" Season 12 is definitely not the final season.
