Weight Loss Breakthrough: Lose Weight in 10 Days By Drinking More Water, Study Says

Water embodies a critical nutrient which if absent wwill be deadly within days. On the other hand, having  ood water therapy in your lifestyle even in just a span of 10 days can save lives. These are what most researchers would agree about water, which is linked most especially with weight loss.

While most people would connect proper hydration with the kind of skin that celebrities have, water is hailed as among the most important part of anyone's diet. One research, as reported by Fox News, studied two groups of people: one group were hydrated and the other were less hydrated. It appeared that the former have less BMI than the latter. The result shows that the less hydrated people are more prone to obesity.

Some explanations do not connect weight loss with water itself but indirectly through the behaviors acted out because of being properly hydrated. Water also makes a person feel full so he or she will not crave foods. Dr. Tammy Chang, University of Michigan and the lead author of the study, says that it is possible that those people with higher BMI are more likely to be inadequately hydrated because of the kinds and amount of food they eat or beverages they drink. The study focused on the urine samples of the two groups and not on monitoring their frequency and volume of water consumed.

Harvard nutritionist, Dr. Terry Shintani, says that water is important but eating the right foods in the right pattern without too much effort and forcing in yourself is the key. You can eat as much as you want and not gain weight at all, he says. But that is, if you eat more of the right food, which are mostly fruits and veggies. What you eat can affect your mood and your mood can affect your body. Shintani is the author of many best-selling diet books which are used by his patients who are mostly successful with reversing their diseases like obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and cancer in just 10 days.

Experts will agree that water is vital and can be part of a miraculous activity in your body against diseases and weight gain. Be sure to keep yourself hydrated everyday.
