That's why it's so important to carefully weigh the reviews you find online- they aren't all equal. Imagine if everyone who had to wait at the doctor's office too long- making an already tense situation worse- got online and posted horrible reviews about their doctor. Would you put as much weight into those reviews as you would something that was based on actual health outcomes?

There's enough data out there these days you don't have to turn to places like Yelp! to get accurate reviews about medical providers. What you really want to know is how good of a doctor is she and are you likely to have to return for a second surgery or to get an infection. Bedside manner and wait times are generally irrelevant to health outcomes.
