'The Winds Of Winter' Release Date, News & Update: George R.R. Martin In Conflict With 'Game Of Thrones' Series Producers? 6th 'ASOIF' So Different From 'TWOW' S6 Finale?

"Game Of Thrones" Season 6 finale "The Winds Of Winter" success, although phenomenal, may belie conflict between George R.R. Martin and "Game Of Thrones" producers David Benioff and Dan Weiss. George R.R. Martin may school David Benioff and Dan Weiss with sixth "A Song Of Ice And Fire" (ASOIF) book "The Winds Of Winter."

Digital Spy cites a UFC Unfiltered podcast interview with "Game Of Thrones" producers David Benioff and Dan Weiss, who spoke about disagreements with "The Winds Of Winter" author George R.R. Martin. According to David Benioff and Dan Weiss, "The Winds Of Winter" author has had differences with the "Game Of Thrones" producer on changes the series brings to "ASOIF" elements.

The media outlet reports that David Benioff and Dan Weiss, however, assured that George R.R. Martin shows maturity on conflicts over the "Game Of Thrones" series. Benioff and Weiss point out that after Season 6 finale "The Winds Of Winter," the "Game Of Thrones" series and the books in "A Song Of Ice And Fire" are now very different.

The "Game Of Thrones" series producers admit that they only know of how the most basic framework of plans by George R.R. Martin on "The Winds Of Winter," "A Dream Of Spring" and the "ASOIF" saga. "We know some of his distant plans... but he doesn't necessarily know everything that's going to happen until he writes it!" David Benioff and Dan Weiss said of George R.R. Martin and "ASOIF."

Bustle provides clues on how George R.R. Martin works on his books including the much awaited sixth "ASOIF," "The Winds Of Winter." As pronounced by George R.R. Martin, he writes the sixth "ASOIF" book "The Winds Of Winter" much like he wrote the previous "A Song Of Ice And Fire" novels as a gardener rather than an architect.

"...As the plant comes up and they water it, they don't know how many branches it's going to have, they find out as it grows," George R.R. Martin said of his "A Song Of Ice And Fire" novels. This may be the reason why George R.R. Martin has been missing deadlines on "The Winds Of Winter" book launch.

Parent Herald reports that George R.R. Martin may schedule "The Winds Of Winter" book launch right before the "Game Of Thrones" Season 7 premiere on HBO. What changes from treatment by George R.R. Martin of novels in "A Song Of Ice And Fire" did you appreciate in "Game Of Thrones" Season 6 finale "The Winds Of Winter?"
