Johnny Depp and Amber Heard Divorce: Depp Wanted to Settle In Secret; Heard Says Ex-Husband is Hiding His Money

The news about Johnny Depp and Amber Heard nasty divorce procedure has been circulating online. News that Johnny Depp has been stalling the procedure and that Amber Heard is complaining about his ex.

According to estranged wife Amber, Johnny Depp is refusing to hand over financial details to go on with the case. Representative for Johnny Depp wanted Amber to first sign a non-disclosure agreement before they could also agree to hand over any information regarding their finances.

According to Daily Mail, the non-disclosure agreement will make Amber Heard or even her forensic accountant to pay $100 every time Johnny Depp's financial information gets leaked. Amber accused Johnny Depp and his team for just thwarting the case.

Together with the non-disclosure agreement that Johnny Depp wants Amber to sign is for all those witnesses and experts who will be called to give evidence should also sign the nondisclosure agreement.

Amber Heard and Johnny Depp have even not settled a date for Amber's deposition since Depp's team wanted it to happen on August 3 and 8 but according to Heard, she is also not available during those days as she is busy filming her new movie, "Justice League."

Although Amber Heard proposed to just meet them on a Saturday, however, Johnny Depp's team insisted that they do not want to work on weekends and would not accommodate her.

Johnny Depp on the other hand, finds the breakup with Amber is intense and that he wanted his estranged wife to keep the details of the divorce proceedings in private. He also wants the judge to rule the request of Amber to attain his financial information before their marriage as it was irrelevant.

Johnny Depp and Amber's marital problems started when news about Johnny Depp physically attacking Amber Heard became publicized. According to the actress, Johnny Depp has been emotionally and physically abusing her prior to the iPhone attack.
