'The Big Bang Theory' Season 10 Spoilers: Bernadette's Pregnancy to be Seen in Upcoming Episodes, Major Changes in Characters' Lives Featured

There will reportedly be a lot of changes for the CBS hit comedy series "The Big Bang Theory" when it comes back to the small screen for its Season 10 this September. The changes include major modifications in the lives of the lead characters of the show and Bernadette sporting a baby bump in the upcoming new episodes.

Bernadette's Pregnancy and Baby to be Featured in "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10

The baby and the pregnancy of Bernadette will reportedly be featured more on "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10. Showrunner Steve Molaro shared in a recent statement that the baby will be born at some point in the season but the cast will be having some fun with the pregnancy itself first for a couple of episodes. This means that Bernadette will be sporting a baby bump.

Molaro shared that Bernadette's baby belly will be seen soon on "The Big Bang Theory" but it is unclear if it will immediately be shown on the first episode of the series. He added that Bernadette will be wider and this adds to the comedic theme of the show since the actress playing the role, Melissa Rauch, is the shortest out of all the characters in the cast.

During the San Diego Comic Con, fans were able to hear more about Bernadette's character first hand from Rauch. She said that she is very excited about the baby bump but she has not tried any prosthetic yet. This means that the baby bump might be featured two to three episodes into "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 in order to give a more realistic feel for the character, Inquisitr reported.

Many people have dreams but have to pay the bills and stick with a safe job. "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 will see Penny having decisions to make about that. In one of the episodes of Season 9, Penny talked to Leonard about not really liking her job because she has to flirt with clients in order to get paid.

She asked Leonard if it was okay with him if she would go back to being a waitress and pursue her dream of being an actress but although he said he was okay with it, he eventually revealed that he was not. Molaro promised that Penny will have a great career in "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10.

As for Sheldon and Amy, it has been revealed that although fans are hoping that the two characters will get more intimate for "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10, writers want to keep things realistic especially with Sheldon. However, Molaro is reportedly reconsidering the matter and fans have to wait if there will be changes regarding the intimacy between Sheldon and Amy on "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10.

"The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 will be back this September 19 on CBS.
