Analyzing the data, they found out that people who received acupuncture fared better than the ones who had nimodipine alone. The former also had better scores on two of the principal tests that assess MCI and dementia. The researchers suggest that the use of acupuncture and nimodipine can significantly improve mini-mental state exam, as a conclusion.
