"Pokemon GO" players may not be happy about the latest announcement made by Niantic. In an effort to control the growing "Pokemon GO" cheats, Niantic announced that it will permanently ban hardcore cheaters.
In the game's FAQ section of "Pokemon GO", it clearly stated that Niantic will permanently terminate violators of the game. If a player gets ban, he or she can get ban for life.
"Your account was permanently terminated for violations of the Pokemon GO Terms of Service," Niantic says. "This includes, but is not limited to: falsifying your location, using emulators, modified or unofficial software and/or accessing Pokemon GO clients or backends in an unauthorized manner including through the use of third party software."
Niantic also narrated its goal in providing a fair, fun and legitimate game experience for all players. The goal of Niantic for "Pokemon GO" is to make certain that the quality of the game is superb which also includes an anti-cheat system.
Once your account gets banned because they find that your "Pokemon Go" account is cheating, you will get banned from the game. Although you can still submit an appeal, according to BGR, but there is no guarantee when you can have your account restored.
Another way that you could probably do if you get caught cheating is to create another "Pokemon GO" account, collect Pokemons and probably cheat again until Niantic finds you cheating again.
There are still some "Pokemon GO" cheats still available though that would allow you to cheat without Niantic finding out. You could always gamble in the game on whether Niantic will find you out or not.
But in most cases and even with Niantic saying that they will ban players from "Pokemon GO," it seems that there aren't any players who have actually been banned yet. So for those who still want to get different Pokemons without moving from your home or get a different Pokevision, there are still ways to get it.
