Tom Clancy’s ‘The Division’ Latest News Updates: Why Ubisoft’s Record-Breaking Game Quickly Fell Off The Grid

Ever since Ubisoft released Tom Clancy's "The Division" in March, several game experts were impressed with its record-breaking sales and popularity. But a couple of months after the game was launch, it has been plagued with mounting negativity, making the game quickly fell off the top games list.

Even though Ubisoft tried its best efforts to fix all the issues, bugs and glitches that have occurred in Tom Clancy's "The Division," some problems continue to persist. As a matter of fact, the game's developers recently admitted that the game is currently disappointing.

With that said, Screen Rant noted that Tom Clancy's "The Division" is quite a "forgettable" game due to insufficient endgame content, half-baked PvP mode and its repetitive routine. Despite the launch of additional content and its "Underground" DLC, those add-ons were reportedly useless.

That's why, Tom Clancy's "The Division" community developer Hamish Bode addressed the issues that are plaguing the game. In Twitch.tv's "State of the Game" live stream session on Aug. 18, Bode admitted that the game are still facing some issues and they totally understand if players are getting frustrated.

Since the major problems in Tom Clancy's "The Division" require massive fixes, Bode revealed that no solution is currently available. But Bode also stressed that Ubisoft and "The Division" team are working hard to solve and fix the key issues in the game, which was listed by Screen Rant.

Meanwhile, Tom Clancy's "The Division" vendor items and blueprints have been reportedly reset. According to VG24/7, YouTube user Arekkz has detailed and explained in a video if the latest offerings are worth the Dark Zone Funds or Phoenix Cards.

In spite of the fact that Tom Clancy's "The Division" has been getting worse, there are rumors that the game's upcoming downloadable content known as the "Survival" DLC will be released in the third quarter of 2016. The speculations came following the launch of the first "The Division" expansion, "Underground" in June for Xbox One and PC platforms and early this August for PS4 consoles, Vine Report revealed.

As Parent Herald previously reported, Tom Clancy's "The Division: Survival" DLC will dare gamers to survive the freezing winter season in Manhattan as they hunt for supplies. "Survival" release will then be followed with the third DLC called, "Last Stand," which is expected to be release before the year ends.

In other Tom Clancy's "The Division"-related news, Ubiblog (Ubisoft's official blog) has recently announced that the game will be having a movie adaptation. Based on Ubisoft's announcement, the game's film version will feature actors Jake Gyllenhaal and Jessica Chastain as the lead characters.
