The cast for "Dancing with the Stars" season 23 was officially released yesterday and fans have already placed their bets on their favorite duo. Radar Online, however, was able to come up with the details of the drama that took place behind the scenes for day one.

One of the names that were mentioned by Radar was Maksim Chmerkovskiy, who already made a name in the previous season. It was mentioned that Chmerkovskiy already passed the offer for "Dancing with the Stars" season 22, but seceded to make a comeback this year.

Chmerkovskiy's fiancé Peta Murgatroyd managed to snag an award last season with her partner. Peta Murgatroyd was paired with a 27-year-old deaf model, Nyle DiMarco. Peta Murgatroyd and Nyle DiMarco managed to win the trophy as they emerged the champion for "Dancing with the Stars" season 22.

The source stated that Maksim Chmerkovskiy was a bit jealous of his fiancé's success, thus he wanted to prove himself as well. The source also mentioned that Chmerkovskiy got jealous on how close his girlfriend and Nyle got.

"Maksim was incredibly jealous seeing how close Peta and Nyle got," the source told Radar.

As for Chmerkovskiy n the other hand, it was already announced that he will be paired with Amber Rose this season. It was mentioned that the duo has been working in the studio non-stop.

"Amber is all settled in and she is rehearsing at the studio non-stop," the source said.
