The Cleveland Cavaliers may be getting a reshuffle this upcoming season. While the defending NBA champions may have all the right players but an impending trade to even boost their chances next season is going rounds online.

According to the Morning Ledger, there is a chance for New York Knicks' forward Carmelo Anthony to move to the Cavaliers which would be a very smart move in creating their new Big 3. While the Big 3 which is made of LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love are already a force to reckon with but replacing Love with Anthony may become more beneficial.

While Kevin Love joined the Cavaliers in 2014 a lot of people are still claiming that the trade between Love and Andrew Wiggins was a poor choice. Now, that a similar scenario might take place Carmelo Anthony is being rooted to join the Cavaliers.

However, trading Kevin Love is going to be a gamble as he was responsible for helping his team  advance to the finals and finally get their first ever title for the franchise. Last season, he was averaging 16 points, 9.9 rebound and 2.4 assists.

Tristan Thompson is also being rumored to be trading block. The undersized center is believed to be traded with Houston Rocket's Josh Smith. The good part with Josh Smith now is that he is a free agent. If Cleveland or even the other NBA teams want him, the guy is open for discussions.

Josh Smith may still be in trouble because of his declining stats. He is also 30-years old now which means he won't be long in basketball before he retires. However, performance and stats are still impressive and since he is a free agent, the Cavaliers might even get him cheaper compared to other players.

The Cleveland Cavalier may have some tricks up its sleeves while it decides how they will revamp their team to be able to get a back to back championship. Next season will also prove to be a tough one but certain the upcoming NBA season will give more excitement and fun.
