'Rick and Morty' Season 3 Spoilers & Air Date: Evil Morty Helps Rick Escape; December Air Date Confirmed

"Rick and Morty" Season 3 will be one of the best seasons ever created by Adult Swim according to the creators themselves. But fans are really wondering when would be the official air date for "Rick and Morty."

In the most recent tweet by creator Mike McMahan, he also asked when "Rick and Morty" Season 3 would return. However, he did continue that the upcoming season will be the best ever and that it is really worth the wait.

"Rick and Morty" Season 3 is set for a late 2016 release probably in December that will continue until the first quarter of 2017. But there is still no concrete announcement from Adult Swim regarding the official air date of "Rick and Morty" so fans are still left hanging.

However, fans of "Rick and Morty" Season 3 is really not that far as the constant update of the creators regarding the show's progress has continuously been seen. Erica Hayes, showed fans the latest drawing board for "Rick and Morty" and captioned it with "There was... and attempt."

As "Rick and Morty" Season 2 ended with Rick bringing himself to get in jail so that his family would not hide anymore, new plots suggest that Rick will escape from prison and probably with the help of evil Morty.

The latest whiteboard image would show an evil Morty talking to Rick and it could possibly be them devising an escape plan from the Galactic Federal Prison.

Fans are also asking whether "Rick and Morty" Season 3 would have an Interdimensional Cable episode which Justin Roiland answered during the San Diego Comic-Con. While fans cheered regarding his announcement about Interdimensional Cable episode, he was also looking for those who would not want it.

According to a recent post from Parent Herald, Justin Roiland is still deciding on whether this would be a good move or not. He also wanted to create distorted universes but did not elaborate how this would push through in "Rick and Morty" Season 3.
