The New Xbox One S Bundled With Gears Of War 4 Is Set To Release This October

The good news has finally arrived, especially for those Gear of War fans. Microsoft has revealed the two upcoming Xbox One S bundle, as a celebration for their franchise success. Both Xbox One S bundles will be released on October 11th this year.

According to Gamespot, the first bundle features a white version of Xbox One S with a digital download copy of Gears of War 4. The unit is packed with a 1TB hard drive together with the new Xbox One wireless controller. It has a reasonable price of $349, which considered to be an upgrade from the old version of the Xbox One console. The new Xbox One S is known to have a better performance on certain titles. Players will likely see the visual difference in Gears of War 4 as the game supports a High Dynamic Range using the new Xbox One S console.

The second Xbox One S bundle features the so-called deep blue color with a 500GB storage along with a copy of the Gears of War 4. This bundle only costs $300, much cheaper than the first one.

Additionally, the new Xbox One S console will be available exclusively to the GameStop and Microsoft Stores in the US. All will provide a physical copy of the game, but not the Australia as they are only offering a digital copy of the Gears of War 4.

It has been also reported that people don't need to buy a new console in order to get all the Gears of War series. Microsoft already announced that upon purchase of Gears of War 4, everyone is entitled to get a free copy of the previous titles, even if bought digitally or physically.

On the other hand, as per VG247 reported, Studio Head Rod Fergusson, confirmed that a downloadable patch will be a part of day one pre-load for Xbox One and PC. Players don't need to worry about any of about any day 1 patches.
