Toyota Creates A Tiny Robot That Could Be Good For Companionship And Practicing Parenting

Known car-maker from Japan, Toyota, just released a tiny robot that serves like as a child for those who would like to be a parent. Its name is Kirobo Mini and it is wowing a lot of people since it offers companionship to the lonely.

According to Geek, this robot is so tiny that it is almost just the size of a person's hand. People could bring it anywhere and even place it in their pockets. The goal of this mini robot is not like the usual who does chores or operates by command. Kirobi Mini is now man's new best friend. Toyota originally designed this tiny robot to accompany astronauts. It worked for more than a couple of months and now Toyota decided to rebrand it and make it available for people here on earth.

Times Union said that this robot by Toyota could not only repeat what you tell it, but it could also talk back. This new Toyota mini robot also known as Kirobo Mini costs $390 and it has the cognitive equivalence of a five-year-old. This is perfect for those who would love to have someone to talk to, but are too busy to actually go outside and socialize. This tiny robot by Toyota is also ideal for women who would like to get a feel for what it is like to have a child.

Those who would like to practice their parenting skills could use this 4-inch Toyota tiny robot. Its specs include a camera and a Bluetooth. It also has a microphone and one could even link it to their smartphone. There is an app that would allow you to do it upon purchase.

Toyota's general manager Fuminori Kataoka said that the company is pushing more on the emotional value of their product since, over the years, they have been known in producing valuable cars.
