Blake Griffin is another regular in the NBA trade rumor mills, despite Doc Rivers announcement that the team has no plans in trading their power forward. Los Angeles Clippers wish to keep Griffin and Chris Paul until their retirement. However, according to latest NBA trade buzz, Griffin could be heading to New York Knicks to be Carmelo Anthony's new running mate.

Per SportsRageous, there are rumors that Blake Griffin will be playing alongside Carmelo Anthony for New York Knicks. However, it is still uncertain if the team will acquire Griffin via a trade involving Kristaps Porzingis.

However, RealGM suggests that New York Knicks could push a trade with Los Angeles Clippers for Blake Griffin. In this trade, Knicks will have to send Joakim Noah and Kristaps Porzingis to Clippers to acquire Griffin. The report added that this trade satisfies the Collective Bargaining Agreement provisions.

Kristaps Porzingis averaged 14.3 points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.9 blocks in the last NBA season. Reports have it that trading Porzingis is not a wise choice for Knicks since the young talent has the potential to be an NBA All-Star or superstar.

The report notes that New York Knicks could still acquire Blake Griffin without a trade involving Kristaps Porzingis. Maybe, they could offer their future draft picks to LA Clippers to seal the deal involving Griffin.

Meanwhile, Inquisitr reported that Sacramento Kings, Los Angeles Clippers and Portland Trail Blazers are in a three-way trade talk. The NBA trade rumor involves Blake Griffin and Rudy Gay.

The trade would send Blake Griffin to Trail Blazers, while Rudy Gay will fill Griffin's spot in Clippers. However, the same report added that Griffin, Chris Paul and DeAndre Jordan's combination is better for Clippers than bringing Rudy Gay in.
